Elton Cunliffe was born in Basingstoke on July 22 1977, gunned down in Bogotá, Colombia on the 28.6.07 Maria del-Carmen was born in Bogota Nov 14 1953 passed away in Malgar, Colombia on the 14.05.07 Both are and were much loved and deeply missed by Dad and Husband. COLIN PAUL.
